Refund Procedure
Refunds will only be issued if agreed upon by Ambient Home Group after a thorough review of the situation. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of your cleaning service. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the service.
Store Credit Option
Alternatively, we may offer the option of credit instead of a refund, depending on the circumstances. If agreed upon, the credited amount will be added to your account within 7 working days and can be used towards future cleaning services.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to approval by Ambient Home Group and are granted on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are applicable only in cases where the quality of service does not meet our standards or if there are other valid reasons agreed upon by Ambient Home Group.
